That is why we created the Cubicle Furniture Bracket.  Simply attach the Furniture Plate to the top of your filing cabinet, bookshelf or other cubicle furniture using the 3M™ VHB™ Tape adhesive pads. Installs in seconds with no tools. Slip the Partition Wall Hook over the top of the cubicle and through the slot in the Furniture Plate. During an earthquake, this allows the the two pieces to slide independently while keeping your safe from tipping. 

For wider and heavier items, we suggest placing a Cubicle Furniture Bracket every 3 feet.
